Danielle currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO) and United Healthcare health insurance and is happy to bill these insurance companies directly.
For other insurance companies, we are considered out-of-network providers. We are glad to provide you with documentation of your appointments and expenditures if your insurance company reimburses you for out-of-pocket mental health expenses.
Your payment is due at time of service and you are financially responsible for any portion of my fee. We accept cash, checks, or credit card. Click here to submit payment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and missed appointments are billed at the session rate. Please note, your insurance company will not pay for sessions you did not attend.
